Époisses, Côte-d'Or
Époisses (French pronunciation: [epwas] ) is a commune in the Côte-d'Or department in eastern France, located around halfway between Dijon and Auxerre.
The village is known for its Époisses cheese, a pungent unpasteurized cow's-milk cheese.
