Łężec [ˈwɛ̃ʐɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Strzałkowo, within Słupca County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) south-east of Strzałkowo, 3 km (2 mi) west of Słupca, and 64 km (40 mi) east of the regional capital Poznań.
