Ashayer Rural District (Persian: دهستان عشاير) is in the Central District of Fereydunshahr County, Isfahan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Qaleh Sorkh.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,562 in 524 households. There were 2,361 inhabitants in 584 households at the following census of 2011. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,952 in 531 households. The most populous of its 20 villages was Qaleh Sorkh, with 962 people.
