Bługowo [bwuˈɡɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Złotów. It lies within Złotów County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.

It is approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south-east of Złotów and 98 km (61 mi) north of the regional capital Poznań.
