Bartholomew Township is a township in Lincoln County, in the U.S. state of Arkansas. Its total population was 687 as of the 2010 United States Census, a decrease of 19.84 percent from 857 at the 2000 census.

It has a total area of 58.766 square miles (152.20 square kilometers), of which 58.200 sq mi (150.74 km) is land and 0.566 sq mi (1.47 km) is water (0.96%). As per the USGS National Elevation Dataset, the elevation is 180 feet (55 m).
