Biegoszów [bjɛˈɡɔʂuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Świerzawa, within Złotoryja County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.

It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north of Świerzawa, 8 kilometres (5 mi) south of Złotoryja, and 80 kilometres (50 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
