Biskupice Oławskie [biskuˈpit͡sɛ ɔˈwafskʲɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jelcz-Laskowice, within Oława County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.

It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) east of Jelcz-Laskowice, 17 kilometres (11 mi) north-east of Oława, and 37 kilometres (23 mi) south-east of the regional capital Wrocław.
