Bodalkasa Dam

Bodalkasa Dam, is an earthfill dam on Bhagdeogoti river near Tiroda, Gondia district in State of Maharashtra in India.

Specifications

The height of the dam above lowest foundation is 19.2 m (63 ft) while the length is 510 m (1,670 ft). The volume content is 0.010762 km (0.002582 cu mi) and gross storage capacity is 0.017392 km (0.004173 cu mi).

Bodalkasa has become a popular tourist Hotspot. It is also having maharashtra government resthouse.
