Box Canyon is a census-designated place (CDP) in Val Verde County, Texas, United States. The population was 34 at the 2010 census. This CDP was formed prior to the 2010 census from parts of the deleted Box Canyon-Amistad CDP.

Geography

Box Canyon is located at 29°32′00″N 101°9′30″W / 29.53333°N 101.15833°W / 29.53333; -101.15833 (29.5335, -101.1586).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.4 square miles (3.7 km), all land.
