Cebu City Sports Complex
The Sinulog Foundation, responsible for the organization of the Sinulog Festival, is taking office in the complex and the Sinulog contest, prior to 2023, was usually held in the complex. The Cebu City Sports Complex has been used by the local government to discuss political problems, like population transfer and urban renewal with local neighborhood organizations.
In November 2012, the stadium hosted its first ever FIFA international football match, a friendly between the Philippines and Singapore, which ended in a 1–0 win for the Philippines. In 2014, the Philippines national team returned to the stadium in a friendly match against Malaysia, ending in a 0–0 draw.
In May, 2024, the Cebu City Council granted P65 million budget for CCSC renovation. Its track oval was closed from May 18, 2023, forcing practicing athletes to use the Cebu Business Park. CCSC is the final arena for the 64th Palarong Pambansa 2024 acccording to acting Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia.
