Central District (Bavanat County)
The Central District of Bavanat County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان بوانات) is in Fars province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Bavanat.
At the National Census in 2006, its population was 25,136 in 6,772 households. The following census in 2011 counted 16,442 people in 4,718 households. At the latest census in 2016, the district had 16,698 inhabitants in 5,210 households.
