Central District (Dehaqan County)

The Central District of Dehaqan County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان دهاقان) is in Isfahan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Dehaqan.

History

After the 2006 National Census, the village of Musaabad merged with two other villages to become the city of Golshan.

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 34,149 in 9,550 households. The following census in 2011 counted 34,844 people in 10,602 households. The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 34,511 inhabitants in 11,118 households.
