Comeau Building
The Comeau Building is a historic U.S. building in West Palm Beach, Florida. It is located at 319 Clematis Street.
The Comeau was built in 1926. On September 6, 1996, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It sold in 2006 for $5.1 million, and again in 2015 for $12 million. In 2021, it sold along with three other nearby buildings for $54.2 million.
