Brockworth's Church of St George is an Anglican parish church of the Church of England on the northern side of the village next to Brockworth Court. It became a Grade I listed building in in January 1955

History

Built by Roger de Chandos, the Lord of the Manor and first Norman resident. It was consecrated in 1142, becoming one of the earliest English churches to be dedicated to St George.

Rebuilt in the 14th century.

In 1845 costing were made to repair the church. About 1846-1847, the church was renovated at a cost of around £800.

Archaeological evaluation occurred in 2009.
