Costa Rica. The airport is also known as Drake Bay Airport.
The airport is on the coast 4 kilometres (2 mi) northeast of Agujitas de Drake, the largest village in the area. It is operated by Costa Rica's Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC).
