Inaugurated on March 30, 2008 is located in the Ecocentro. The oval was opened in October 2009.
There are two layouts; a road track of 1.438 mi (2.314 km) and oval of 0.797 mi (1.283 km). The oval has paper clip shape with a flat turn 1-2 (common between the two tracks) and a banked turn 3-4. Also, there is a 0.700 km (0.435 mi) dragstrip where 1/8 mile events are held regularly.
The track has hosted the NASCAR Mexico Series, the Copa Pirelli, the LATAM Challenge Series, the Super Copa Telcel, and CARreras.
