Eshkevar Rural District (Persian: دهستان اشكور) is in the Central District of Ramsar County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Tomol.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 1,600 in 428 households. There were 1,246 inhabitants in 387 households at the following census of 2011. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 991 in 347 households. The most populous of its 12 villages was Yazan, with 212 people.
