File:2017 Kruisherenkerk 01a.jpg

Right: Commemorative plaque of "Monumentenprijs 2015" inside the church. The prize was given for the successful restoration and adaptation of the building to its new use. The prize is named after Victor de Stuers, native of Maastricht, and founder of the Dutch heritage organization (Monumentenzorg).

The Gothic church and monastery of the Croziers (or Crutched Friars) dates from the 15th century and was converted into a luxury hotel (Kruisherenhotel) in 2003-05.
