IT WAS PLACED HERE TO COMMEMORATE THE FACT THAT THE TOWN OF 'S-HERTOGENBOSCH WAS LIBERATED BY THE DIVISION IN

OCTOBER 1944 AFTER BITTER FIGHTING.'
