- Published by TV-Radio Mirror in September 1956 page 28 The TV-Radio Mirror copyright was not renewed. No listings at copyright.gov for TV-Radio Mirror.
- A colorized copy was published by Topps gum cards in 1957. The Topps card copyright was not renewed. A search was conducted at copyright.gov using the company's name, Topps. The search revealed no renewals of any of the company's cards-only registrations of their more current sports ones.
- I am also aware that Getty Images offers a copy of this photo as part of the Michael Ochs Archives. Ochs collected celebrity publicity photos and Getty is making no claims about copyright for this photo.
