The Black House at 301 W. Main Street in McMinnville, Tennessee, in the southeastern United States. The house was built in 1825 by early McMinnville settler Jesse Coffee in 1825. The name "Black House" comes from Thomas Black, a physician who purchased the house in 1874 and used it as an office until the early 1900s. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
