2 cans black beans 1/2 small red onion - diced 2 small serrano or jalepeno peppers, diced 3 tablespoons lime juice 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped
1. Add 1 1/2 cans of black beans, diced peppers, lime juice, cumin, and salt to food processor and blend until smooth 2. Stir in chopped onion, 1/2 can of black beans, and handful of chopped cilantro leaves 3. Refrigerate & eat with chips.
If you like black beans, you will like this. I think it's super tasty! However, if you don't like black beans, this probably won't change your mind.Licensing
