It was founded in 1940 by a family of French and Italian immigrants who chose mendocinian lands to apply their experience of European vine-growers. Later, the heirs of don Luis Baudron continued the wine-making tradition their father had started in the last century threshold, until, in 1986, Rubén Leta purchases the company and becomes its new owner.
