English: The Brown's Canyon Bridge, located on Chaffee County Road 191 over the Arkansas River 6.4 miles north of Salida, Colorado. Known to locals as the Stone Bridge, it was built in 1908 and is now located within the Stone Bridge Recreation Area. There's a gate blocking the south side of the bridge because it now leads to private property. It is a concrete slab and girder bridge. 5CF.414 |
