Manius Kampf gegen Bratianu
Entweder König Carol oder Republik Maniu, der Führer der rumänischen Opposition hat der Regentschaft kürzlich erklärt, dass eine Partei die Regierung Bratianu ohne Vorbehalt bekämpft. Wenn die Regentschaft über den Parteien stehen wolle, dann würde die Ruhe nicht gestört werden, wenn aber die offizielle Begünstigung der Libralen fortdauere dann würden die Parteien der Opposition sich frei von jeder Rücksicht betrachten und entweder den Prinzen Carol zurückrufen, oder die Republik verkünden.
