File:Cambodia 08 - 125 - Angkor Thom (3228091931).jpg
Blocks of the city, perhaps old walls or temples or even homes or shed, lined up and scattered more or less where they've fallen, testament to the scale of work this ancient city once represented.
What simply amazes me, in many spots in Angkor, is the scale of the 3-d puzzle archeologists must go through to identify, mark and sort out which of the 10,000 large blocks of stone should go where and carefully put them back together. That any of the dozens of monuments are rebuilt at all absolutely stuns me for its challenge.
