The Behaim Globe coasts are from the Encyclopedia Larousse Illustree (1898) reproduction. Both the Behaim and Piri Reis' coasts have been reduced to monochrome. All land from the Behaim globe is in white. The Cuban "mainland" and Hispaniola from the Piri Reis map are in white; islands from the map are not colored in.
