The nearer building may have originally been built as offices for Royal Dockyard officials and is still used as offices; 1416417 shows the other side of this building which is currently called "Sunderland House" in reference to the Dockyard's role during the 1939-45 war.

Source - the book "Pembrokeshire Reflections" by John Evans, Isbn: 1870745 12 4, which is an interesting source of information on Pembroke Dock's very varied military and subsequent history.
