Author
Caroline "Carrie" L. Wieneke who operated a gift and stationery shop initially with her father in the St. James Hotel building at Clinton Street and Iowa Avenue in downtown Iowa City, which was razed by fire in 1916. She subsequently operated her own store as Arcade Books at 114 Washington Street.
