Construction Details
A construction sheet for the flag of the Strategic Rocket Forces does not exist, only a description of what the flag should look like. The exact shades of blue and red used in the flag are not specified and the exact design of the shield, sword, and arrows are completely ambiguous. The following colors were specified in description of the flag:
Navy blue: #000080 Red: #FF0000 Gold: #FFD700
The ratio of the flag is 2:3
The size of the "red stripe" on the width of the flag is 1:4
