Festive Dessert Pizza

This is just a refrigerated Pillsbury sugar cookie package pressed into a pizza pan. We used a double recipe so we used a sheet pan. You bake that according to the package directions. Let it cool. Beat 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar and spread over cookie. Arrange mandarin oranges, kiwi (sliced), strawberry halves, etc. on top however you'd like it to look.
My tip would be to make it just before you want to serve this. It does getDate and/or time in the file Exif metadata are incorrect/invalid.
