entdeckten 1961 im Top-Ten-Club diese Gruppe junger Musiker: John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Pete Best und Tony Sheridan. Sie nahmen sie unter Vertrag und so entstanden am 22. und 23. Juni 1961 die ersten Schallplattenaufnahmen der Beatles:
