I thought I had another disappointment on my hands with these little gingerbread bready cookie things. They have a drier texture, something I'm not generally a fan of.
But I found myself eating another and another...the gingerbread cookie has a little hint of mint in the glaze, and something about that combo was surprisingly addictive. By the end of the package, I was a fan.
These also come with fruit fillings and chocolate coatings, but I personally plan to stick with the plain.
