Today the Chief of Staff, Lt. Gen.Benny Gantz along with the Prime Minister and Defense Ministers visited the battery and thanked the IDF soldiers who operate it.
The Iron Dome system intercepts short-range missiles with a minimal range of 5 km and a maximum of 70 km.
