Description | Silver-gilt key presented to developer Thomas Dence (1840-1918) who paid for the 1903-1904 erection of the East Cliff Pavilion, which was to become the first phase of the King's Hall, Herne Bay, Kent, England. The key was presented by A.S. Ingleton at the opening of the Pavilion in 1904. |
