Head of the State Border Committee of Republic of Belarus
Lieutenant General LAPPO A.P.
42-6083/0/6-22
26 o2 2022
Unlike good neighbourly relations, on February 24-26, 2022, with the full assistance of the Republic of Belarus, an open military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine was launched by using combat aircraft, ballistic missiles, artillery, tanks, armoured vehicles, ground troops and other forces and means from the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
Russian units on the Ukrainian-Belarusian sector of the border, supported by the Republic of Belarus, carry out missile and bomb strikes, destroying civilian objects in Ukraine, killing civilians, encroaching on the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine in order to establish occupation control. The Republic of Belarus, together with the Russian Federation, is waging war against Ukraine, disregarding the provisions of international law, the elementary norms of human morality and the values of life.
GOD DAMN YOU, BUSTARDS(sic)!
SCORNFULLY!!!!
Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Major General
Serhii DeinekoLicensing
