New Jersey barriers at sidewalls, three traffic lanes, variable message signs (reading "message test" trivia fans!), lighting, 1600 mm jet fan, dual row of lighting, firemain, smoke extract duct between rows of lights.
Blacktop that wasn't covered by running water was a welcome novelty at this time.
