This is the Tyler Presley Farmhouse and Visitor's Center at the Blackacre State Nature Preserve and Historic Homestead. This home was built in 1844 in a Greek-revival style. At the time it faced a busy road and would have been seen by dozens of travelers a day. Today most of the second floor is a private residence, but it is open to the public on Sundays from 1pm to 5pm. Among the rooms that visitors can see today includes the kitchen, the library and front entrance. The house holds the offices for the Blackacre Conservancy.
