English- In the year of the incarnation of our Lord Jesus Christ 1381, in the 5th indiction, during the reign in Albania of the most serene prince, Karl Thopia, the first of the house of France, in the 22nd year of his reign, together with his illustrious firstborn son, Lord Gjergj, has built this church.
