An impounded Messerschmitt Bf 108 (Wk. Nr. 2039), RAF Serial No. DK280 - pressed into service with the RAF on 17 April 1941 and allocated to the RAF Maintenance Command Communications Squadron (MCCS) at RAF Andover.
