The photographical reproduction of this work is covered under Kenyan law (Copyright Act 2001, as last amended 2022), which states that "the exclusive rights under section 26 shall not include the right to control – the reproduction and distribution of copies or the inclusion in an audiovisual work or broadcast, of an artistic work situated in a place where it can be viewed by the public."
