NOMA is a £800 million project set to transform 20 acres of Manchester City Centre’s heartland into a development like no other, providing 4m sq ft of office, retail, residential and leisure space.
Backed by The Co-operative Group and our reputation for corporate social responsibility, NOMA will be underpinned by the same values and commitment to community and the environment that will make our new head office such a landmark. The wider project will attract new investment and employment to the city centre and create opportunities for new training and skills for local residents. NOMA will confirm Manchester as the UK’s original modern city, and confirm its position in the European premier league of cities.
NOMA will take advantage of the Group’s unique land ownership in the city centre to deliver a progressive and integrated regeneration project over a 10 – 15 year period.
