[8]First Gen Hydro Power Corporation (FG Hydro) owns and operates the Pantabangan-Masiway Hydroelectric Complex (PMHEP). The Pantabangan and Masiway plants are cascading hydroelectric power plants located in Nueva Ecija. Commissioned in 1977 and 1981, respectively, the Pantabangan and Masiway plants are part of a multipurpose hydro complex that supplies irrigation water for the vast rice fields of Nueva Ecija.
