File:Parkinsonia Aculeata Flowers 3.jpg
Parkinsonia aculeata in a front garden in San Diego. So pretty, but it turns out it's invasive in Australia, parts of tropical Africa, Hawaii, and other Islands in the Pacific Ocean (Wikipedia). Common names include Jerusalem Thorn and Jellybean Tree.
Someone answered my ID query on the UBCBG Forums.
