Pitman Grove on the NRHP since August 19, 1977. The Historic District is bounded by Holly, East, Laurel, and West Aves. (both sides). The "Streets" which are numbered 1-12 (as in the apostles) form spokes around the central church of the old camp meeting. But the streets are actually sidewalks - not big enough for two baby carriages to pass each other. Houses were built a few years after the founding. In Pitman, New Jersey
