Portrait of Rembrandt, by himself. An admirable Picture. A black Hat or Cap, placed obliquely on the head, gives a very brilliant relief to the countenance, which is lighted up with rich effect. The flesh exhibits every variety of tint, harmoniously blended: - a true representation of nature. From the collection of the Duc de Valentinois - 30.5 inches by 25.5’)
