Si ipotizza che corrisponda al tempio Aedes Fortunae Huiusce Diei, cioè "La Fortuna del Giorno Presente", fatto costruire da Quinto Lutazio Catulo per celebrare la vittoria contro i Cimbri nel 101 a.C.
