- Open Inkscape and double click on the number "22".
- Replace "22" with the number you need.
- If the number has a "1" in it, or if it is a 1-digit number, change the font to Series D, otherwise keep it at Series C.
- Convert the number (text) to a path
- Save the SVG as Inkscape or Plain SVG. The file name should be SC-x.svg, where x is the number.
- Upload it here, with the category [[Category:South Carolina Highway shields|0XX]], where XX is the 2-digit number. If it is 1-digit, use 00X (X being the number) instead.
