Preserved Southern Railway Q1 class 0-6-0 No. 33001 displays her not so obvious attractions on the Bluebell Line. It does not necessarily take good looks to endear an engine to enginemen. The undeniable faith that these beasts would do the job, was normally enough in their case. (Although the cabs were almost unbearably hot in high summer!)
