File:The Chapel, Yatton, Herefordshire (51622271801).jpg

This tiny gem of a church in its farmyard setting is both remote and romantic. Built by the Normans shortly after the Conquest, it lies down a lane deep in the countryside.

Its atmosphere is reinforced by crumbling plaster walls and simple earth floor. There is a twelfth-century tympanum over the door. Date Source The Chapel, Yatton, Herefordshire Author gailhampshire
